JAKE POLACK

As the CEO and founder of Kleos Consulting Group, Jake Polack is dedicated to coaching, leading, and developing the next generation of entrepreneurs. With four years of industry experience under his belt, Jake built our company with a focus on rewarding high performance. A graduate of UCSB with a degree in Economics, Jake combines his academic background with his competitive drive to provide growth opportunities for his team that create lasting results. He’s an avid Golden State Warriors fan and plays basketball, which reflects his passion for winning both on and off the court.

LOGAN BRENT

Logan Brent is a core leader at Kleos Consulting, dedicated to growing the team and making a positive impact daily. Inspired by the immense opportunities in his field, Logan values the ability to climb the ranks quickly by hitting goals and trusting proven systems. Having joined Kleos Consulting just three months ago, Logan has already made his mark by achieving $2,000 in commission within a week before turning 23—a milestone he’s incredibly proud of. Outside of work, Logan enjoys staying active through workouts and cherishes time with friends and family. He spent two years playing college baseball.

Jesse Briseno

Jesse Briseno is dedicated to building a strong, competitive team at Kleos Consulting, with a focus on fostering mental toughness and resilience. Inspired by the chance to give others the same opportunities he’s had, Jesse is passionate about mentoring and empowering others. With over two and a half years in the business, Jesse is working toward his ultimate goal of becoming a Senior National Consultant while creating opportunities for others to thrive. Outside the office, Jesse enjoys the great outdoor and visiting amusement parks. His leadership style is focused, driven, and fearless.

CINDY GONZALEZ

Cindy Gonzalez is a driven professional on track to become a senior leader and assistant manager in Kleos Consulting Group by the end of 2025. With two years of experience on her team, she is passionate about personal growth and contributing to the company’s success. Cindy’s standout achievement is earning recognition as the top performer in her office, and her current goal is to establish and lead her own office. Beyond her professional pursuits, Cindy is an adventurous spirit who went skydiving at just eighteen years old. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach and embracing her love for the great outdoors.

Austin Block

Austin Block serves as a senior leader at Kleos Consulting, focusing on refining his leadership and training skills to help his team consistently achieve their goals. Drawn to this career by the fulfillment of helping others grow and the limitless opportunities for personal advancement, he thrives in team-oriented environments. With over a year of experience in the industry, Austin is striving toward his ultimate goal of running his own market. In his free time, Austin enjoys watching sports and playing Call of Duty. Originally from Florida, he brings a sunny perspective and competitive edge to everything he does.

Martin Schneider

Martin Schneider plays a pivotal role at Kleos Consulting, where he concentrates on training and setting the standard for the office. Motivated by a desire to break free from jobs without growth or long-term prospects, Martin has quickly established himself as a key contributor in the industry. In his short time with Kleos Consulting, he reached core team status within just one month—an achievement that highlights his determination and drive. Beyond work, Martin brings a unique perspective from having lived in three different countries, shaping his adaptable and dynamic approach to leadership through that hands-on experience in other cultures.
